The role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking. You will work with teams, oversee the operations within your company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of your company. If there are office resources or administrative issues, you will be the person expected to deal with them.

Key responsibilities for the role:
➢ Responsible for making monthly management review pan india
➢ Responsible for handling all senior leadership events and meetings
➢ Responsible for taking care on minimum wages for support staff
➢ Responsible for handling all over workplace and repair & maintenance for all city offices pan India
➢ Responsible for all admin bills, handling invoice verification, follow-ups with the Finance team for payments, maintaining records for audit purposes, and handling petty cash.
➢ Responsible for budgeting, cost estimating, and forecast.
➢ Responsible for executive vendor agreements.
➢ Coordination with all vendors time-to-time to enhance office facility and improve the workplace experience.
➢ Responsible for all admin inventory and monthly ordering (All city offices)
➢ Responsible for central procurement for remote locations (All city offices)
➢ Create Purchase Orders for all procurements as per the finance process.
➢ Responsible for evaluating support services, identifying needs, anticipating problems, and developing corrective action plans.
➢ Responsible for the close coordination with the Caterer Partner, deciding on the Menu spread, Special Menus, and Menus for Events. Responsible for providing feedback to the F&B Program Manager for the taste and Vendor Scorecard and KPIs.
➢ Planning, developing, and coordinating a program of planned, preventivemaintenance for site workforce & building equipment.
➢ Coordinates with building Admin team for regular maintenance and repair services.
➢ Maintaining Vendor Evaluation Scorecard for all vendors
➢ Responsible for All vendor RFPs
➢ Overseeing the office services needed to support department operations
➢ Implementing Efficiency Standards
➢ Maintain discipline and quality of work by all staff
➢ Knowledge of statutory compliance.
