Job Description

  • Management of reimbursement portal, internal pages and partner portal along with related activities
  • Preparation and tracking of contest / incentive closure reports as per formats and process defined
  • Query management with desired TAT and quality
  • Periodic self-checks / reviews ensuring strict adherence to the processes
  • Record keeping as per process
  • Effective budget provision tracking & actual expenses
  • Periodic financial reporting HOD and stakeholders
  • Provisioning activities tracking / reporting as per formats and process defined
  • Manage cross functional projects to drive improvement in process metrics, quality matrices and achieve company / department goals
  • Liaise between Sales and Support teams for resolution of bottlenecks
  • Take periodic customer feedback for continuous process improvement in responsible areas of work
