Commercial Contracts
A law graduate from any university of Karnataka (preference for colleges from Bangalore and South Karnataka);
Reasonable experience (2-5 yrs) in property due diligence including fair knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act/procedures, Karnataka land reforms Act, Karnataka Land Revenue Act ;
Well versed with revenue documents and sourcing the same from the department.
Experience/exposure to handling registration of all types of deeds before the Sub-registrar/District registrar office;
Exposure to litigation practices/current court procedures;
Good communication skills in English and Kannada;
Reading (printed/handwritten) and writing of Kannada is must;
Exposure to commercial contracts is preferred;
Good PR skills;
