Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage a team of trainers.
Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
Conduct new hire training.
Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, monthly tests and call monitoring.
Provide agreed upon floor support/nesting and adhere to developed classroom agenda/timelines and content flow.
Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Create and update training content as and when required.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments and best practices.
Create and publish necessary reports
A minimum of 6 years experience in training management (essential).
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
