Manage end-to-end Technical recruitment Understand requirements, advise and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including advertising campaigns, referrals, sourcing and engaging with candidates, interviewing, managing references checks and managing the offer process.
Executive level headhunting.
Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers; follow up on the interview process status.
Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and on-boarding process.
Research prospective companies in targeted markets, pursue leads, and follow through to a successful agreement.
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract client.
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations.
Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Develop new business with prospective clients and keep in regular contact to build positive, productive and long-term corporate relationships
A minimum of 2 years previous experience working in the field of Technical Recruitment (overseas recruitment experience is acceptable)
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
