Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for achieving and increasing revenue from off platform sales.
2. Optimize and amp up revenue from YouTube.
3. Work on custom content development for off platform channels.
4. Work closely with internal teams to design business decks along with key business
initiatives to ramp up revenue.
5. Train internal teams on best practices and optimization strategies for YouTube.
6. Acquire new partners who can help the programmatic ECPM portfolio.
7. Enable syndication partners who can help drive referral traffic to our sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 4+ years of experience with solutions and off platform content sales.
2. Deep understanding of the YouTube ecosystem from a commercials perspective
3. Well-versed with YouTube analytics and optimization strategies
4. Exposure to custom content development
5. Experienced in dealing with social media influencers
6. Must possess exceptional Presentation skills
7. Must be able to establish a great working relationship with clients.
8. Must have a flair for numbers and ability to make revenue reports.
9. Must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
10. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
10. Quick at problem-solving & trouble shooting.
11. Proactive & a self-starter.
