Both were questioned for five hours by Maharashtra Cyber Cell officials.

Ranveer's comments on India's Got Latent went viral, leading to massive backlash and the episode's removal.

FIRs were filed against Ranveer in Maharashtra and Assam, with the issue raised in Parliament.

The Supreme Court granted Ranveer interim protection from arrest, criticizing his comments.
